ABM Training is a specialist training provider supporting employers by creating L&D which is funded through the apprenticeship levy. Over the past 13 years we’ve trained more than 3000 employees. We offer a full suite of qualifications and apprenticeships that can be used to both up-skill your existing staff or deployed to train new employees. Our Apprenticeships for Business are fully compliant with ESFA apprenticeship levy regulations and OFSTED quality control. We offer a range of apprenticeship standards including:
Level 3 Business Administration
L3 Team Leader or Supervisor
L5 Operations or Departmental Manger
L5 Leader in Adult Care
We deliver all of this using the Apprenticeship Levy scheme. As an employer you’ll pay no more than £300 (often less) towards the cost of training your staff. Government will contribute up to £5700.
85% of ABM apprentices achieve either merit or distinction grades and we were fully inspected by OFSTED in September 2021. OFSTED’s detailed report concluded that we are a GOOD provider in everything that we do.

ABM Apprenticeships for Business
Team Leader and Supervisor Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship is like a ‘starter kit’ for team leaders, first-line managers and supervisors. Our apprenticeship programme covers: leadership styles; people management; negotiation skills; target setting, project management; equality and diversity and working with financial controls. Very useful across a variety of sectors.
Operational Manager Apprenticeships
Our Level 5 Operational Management apprenticeships builds the knowledge and skills that people need to successfully lead and manage complex teams. We cover everything from emotional intelligence to budget control, project management, performance management and everything in between ! Challenging, stretching, engaging and inspiring !
Business Administrator Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship is all about developing the capability of your key administrative staff. We focus on building the skills sets that your central admin need to keep your processes and procedures running smoothly. We look at business fundamental, ‘soft skills’ and bespoke technical training.
Customer Service Practitioner
This Level 2 apprenticeship trains entry level staff with the core skills that they need to be an effective Customer Service Practitioner. We increase the knowledge, skills, abilities and confidence of participants so that they are high performers with a “right first time” attitude who take ownership and responsibility for your products, processes or services.
Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship is all about creating positive customer relationships which proactively and effectively address queries and / or complaints whilst encouraging service use or purchases. We increase the knowledge, skills, abilities and confidence of participants so that they are high performers with a “right first time” attitude who take ownership and responsibility for your products, processes or services.

Recruitment: Apprenticeships for Business
At ABM training we offer a free recruitment service to help you find and attract new employees as apprentices. Successful applicants work for you and join one of our four care apprenticeship programmes. We have an expert team on hand to help you with job descriptions, person specifications, candidate attraction, shortlisting and interviewing. Once we’ve helped you with all that we’ll sort our your funding so that your new employee can start their apprenticeship programme.
Funding: Apprenticeships fro Business
We’re a specialist apprenticeship training provider and listed on the Governments Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). We can help you set up your own digital accounts so that you can access apprenticeship levy funding. We cam also help you secure funding from other employers who have unspent apprenticeship levy funds available through a range of Levy Transfer schemes.
In effect our training programmes are extremely cost effective. Often, as the employer, you’ll pay no more than £150. Apprentices pay no fees at all. Government funding picks up at least 95% of your training costs. We sort all this out for you.
Flexible, Fit for Purpose Training
We’re we organise our training to make best use of digital and online e-learning (super flexible) whilst combing this with more traditional 1-2-1 coaching and assessment practices.
