About Kavita
Kavita has worked within the Learning & Development field for over 18 years, predominantly within the Health & Social Care Sector. During that time she has worked for leading organisations designing and delivering innovative learning and development solutions aligned to organisational strategy and growth. Her most recent role was Head of People, where she was responsible for Recruitment, HR and Learning and Development.
Kavita has a passion for inspiring people to realise and reach their full potential through innovative and engaging learning and development solutions. She is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator and learning designer and truly believes that meaningful learning can increase engagement, enhance skills and knowledge making a positive impact within any workplace.
Kavita leads many of our workshops and virtual classrooms across our suite of health and care apprenticeships.
