About Zoe
After a successful career in banking at Barclays Bank, Zoe joined KCHT Futures in 2003 as a Qualification Administrator and learnt all about Post 16 Education and Training. Zoe joined the ABM team at its foundation in 2008 as an Office Manager.
During her time with ABM Zoe has completed her Level 3 Diploma in Management, Business Admin and Customer Services along with ‘An Introduction to Supporting Learners with Dyslexia’ and ‘TAQA Awarding Understanding Principles & Practices of Assessment’.`
Now you will find Zoe in the role of Learner Journey Manager where she will be focused on creating the seamless learning journeys for the apprentices. This role involves overseeing the whole learning programme of each individual from initial enrolment and Awarding Body registrations through to End Point Assessment and the award of certifications.
